Our basic home watch service includes comprehensive exterior & interior inspections, security measures, and emergency response protocols designed to protect your home and preserve its value.

  • Remove all solicitations, mail from entryway
  • Visual perimeter check
  • Look for signs of forced entry, vandalism or storm damage
  • Check for signs of pests, rodents or insects
  • Ensure all windows, screens, doors and gates are secure
  • Visually look at AC unit(s)
  • Check yard and landscaping for obvious issues
  • Visual inspection of irrigation system
  • Visually check patio furniture is in place
  • Ensure pool / spa are being serviced and clean
  • Confirm exterior lighting is functioning properly
  • Verify garage door is operational

  • Visual perimeter check
  • Check for signs of water leaks, mold or pest infestation
  • Visually inspect ceilings, walls, and floors for water damage or cracks
  • Run water in tubs, showers and faucets
